Creator Policy
These rules protect viewers, creators, rights owners, kids profiles, and the PulseTV catalog before content goes live.
Creators may upload only content they created, own, licensed, or have written permission to distribute on PulseTV.
Do not upload full movies, TV episodes, sports broadcasts, music videos, clips, trailers, or live feeds you do not control.
Age ratings must match the content. Kids submissions require extra review and must stay suitable for the selected kids age band.
PulseTV does not allow illegal content, exploitation, hate, targeted harassment, dangerous instructions, or sexual content in kids areas.
Each title needs accurate metadata, poster art, backdrop art, a playable video asset or licensed stream, and captions status.
PulseTV can reject, hide, request changes, or remove creator content if policy, rights, quality, or safety checks fail.

Original films, short films, documentaries, and series
Original music videos, live sessions, and creator performances
Licensed creator shows, podcasts, interviews, and live events
Kids-safe educational or family content after extra review
Sports-adjacent original commentary, interviews, highlights you own, and studio shows
Not allowed
Movies, shows, music, or sports broadcasts copied from another platform
Content using copyrighted music, footage, logos, or characters without permission
Adult sexual content, child exploitation, hate, illegal activity, or graphic abuse
Misleading titles, fake rights claims, malware links, scams, or impersonation
Kids content with mature themes, unsafe challenges, or undisclosed advertising
